Shall We Take Only Nice Pictures? Missouri River, Mile 76.5

6:30, August 5, 2006. 70+ hours in the Missouri River 340 race. Another beautiful, a little foggy, sunrise on the river. I am looking for a place to stop and call Connie, who is providing me with ground support, to setup our next meeting at Weldon Spring.

River mile 76.5. A nice sandy beach. Obviously, a popular spot at the end of the Dundee Road ...

The same old question is returning to me again and again. Should I photograph and show only nice pictures from my paddling?

I was debating that question before when photographing old cars used to protect banks of the South Platte River. But, at least, those cars served a purpose.
