paddling with a camera

I am always using a simple tether for my Pentax Optio W10, but some paddlers prefer to attach some sort of buoyancy aids to their cameras. You can manufacture a floatation out of a minicell foam or find something more elegant like Jörg Knorr did. Or, you can use a floating strap.

There are floating straps available for binoculars and for snorkeling masks. Olympus is offering a floating strap for their Stylus SW series which I am sure it will work for any similar camera. See it at Amazon.
